1. Cleanup

During the flood cleanup process, it is not ideal for employees to be present as the type of water involved needs to be taken into consideration. 2. Demolition

During this phase of the restoration process, SERVPRO will remove any affected materials that are contaminated by black or gray water. 3. Sterilization

The affected area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized while also adhering to all proper cautions, to ensure that the business is returned to pre-flood conditions and is deemed safe for employees.

4. Restoration

This process involves replacement of areas where affected materials were removed such as walls, carpets, etc. While it can be a challenge and of course depends on the severity of the restorations process needed, employees do have the option of returning to work during this phase.
