Fall has officially arrived in Scottsdale which means we’re finally getting cooler morning temps and high temps in the 70’s and 80’s. As a Scottsdale resident, you know that lower temperatures here in the Valley of the Sun means it’s time for our winter visitors from out of state to move back to Arizona to take in this sunshine and gorgeous weather! Here at SERVPRO of Scottsdale, we have received calls from our winter inhabitants who have discovered water leaks or mold growth in their home caused by our active monsoon season from this summer.
