Water Damage – Scottsdale Kitchen

Water damage permeated much of the building material in this Scottsdale kitchen. It all began with a refrigerator leak when the owner was away. That allowed the water damage to creep through the cabinetry and the walls. We were forced to demolish and remove all of the kitchen cabinetry and floorings. The counter tops were even damaged beyond any hope of restoration. With all of the damaged materials removed we thoroughly dried the structural elements of the room and treated the studs and wall structure with an antimicrobial substance to thwart any mold that might attempt to develop.
