Dining Room Water loss

The water that flooded this home came from a broken pipe. There are different ways to clean up water damages depending on where the water came from. A broken pipe has clean water in it which means SERVPRO of Scottsdale can dry out the flooring and drywall without having to remove a lot.

The flooring was removed and drywall cut for proper drying to prevent secondary damages. The drying equipment was also added to the room to help with the drying process. Drying will take between three and five days depending on how much water was present when the home was flooded.
