Fire Damage – Scottsdale House

Fire damage nearly destroyed this entire Scottsdale home. The owners reached out to their insurance company and SERVPRO for help. We work closely with claims agents and quickly developed a fire damage restoration plan to be presented to the family. In addition to the fire damage the property had taken on significant water damage as a result of extinguishing the fire. We first had to clean up the water and debris. Once the debris had been removed and disposed of properly, we brought in water extraction equipment to remove all of the visible water. Then we employed numerous commercial drying units and dehumidifiers to provide sufficient drying before beginning reconstruction. The owners were very pleased with the final results after the rebuilding phase was completed.
