Ceiling Water Damage

The ceiling suffered from significant water damage from a pipe break on the second story.  There was a significant amount of water sitting in the ceiling drywall, about to break any moment and flood the entire downstairs kitchen.  

SERVPRO of Scottsdale immediately responded and begin water clean up. The entire kitchen was demoed, removing cabinets, lighting, drywall and flooring. 

We use professional drying equipment such as a dehumidifier to ensure the drying process is efficient and effective. The dehumidifier removes unwanted moisture from the air that could potentially slow down the drying process and create secondary damages if not managed properly.
