Removing Wet Material from Scottsdale Business

When these Scottsdale business owners came in to work on Monday, they were in for a rude awakening after a pipe had burst in their ceiling.

The water soaked through their drop down ceiling and into their walls and down to the carpet.

It is our goal as restoration professionals to prevent any secondary damage so we got to work immediately removing all of the wet materials.

In this job, we removed all of the wet ceiling tiles, baseboard, carpet and carpet pad. Once we ensured that all of the wet materials were removed, we set our drying equipment. Because this structure sat wet for quite some time, it took a little longer to dry.
