Garage Fire and Rebuild

Having to cleanup after a fire is no picnic. This garage suffered from smoke and soot damage along with water damage from firefighting efforts. The smoke odor permeates the walls and is even worse the hotter the fire had gotten.

The material and content that is burned has to be taken into consideration. Plastics, for example, leave a thicker and more acidic soot behind. Organic materials, such as the cabinets, burn cleaner and finer but the soot travels broader within.

SERVPRO of Scottsdale cleaned the garage from top to bottom. The damaged OSB, metal and content was removed and new reconstruction was completed.
