Garage Mold Damage

This garage ceiling suffered from a mold loss. SERVPRO responded immediately to begin Mold Remediation. 

While out of town or on Vacation one problem we often see is that people will turn off their heat to save money but do not turn off their water. The pipes freeze or break causing flooding.

The best way to avoid a water damage and save money is to lower the heat and turn off the water. Keep the heat at 55 degrees but do not turn it off. Shut off the water and open the tap in the bathroom to release the pressure in the pipes.
