Water Damaged Cove Baseboard in Scottsdale

This commercial property owner called in our team of professionals when they had a significant amount of water damage throughout their structure.

After may hours of extracting the water, our crews had to start removing all wet materials. First we removed the commercial grade cove base and then several inches of drywall. By removing these things, it allowed us to ensure that the structure would dry properly.

We placed many air movers and a few dehumidifiers to help remove the moisture. After 3 days of drying and monitoring the equipment, these business owners were ready to start putting their office back together.
